Pulled beef tail puff pastry

Ingredients:

Exquisitarium Reference: 27402 Pulled beef tail.

  • Puff pastry
  • Pulled beef tail
  • Vegetables: pepper, arugula and leek
  • Fruits: tangerines, strawberries
  • Mild mustard sauce

Preparation

Previously, we placed the tray of pulled beef tail in the microwave for 5 minutes if we took it directly from the freezer.

We place the puff pastry base on a tray and spread it with egg.

Spread the Pulled Pork mixture evenly throughout the puff pastry.

We cook it for 18 minutes in the oven preheated to 392 °F/200 °C.

We place the cut vegetables on top of the pulled pork and finally, the fruits cut into small pieces.

Finally, we serve it with a little mustard sauce.

Serve with salad.

Mild mustard sauce:

We mix a little oil with the mustard
