EXQUISITARIUM

Exquisitarium is currently located in Oliana (Lérida), in its own facilities opened in January 2008 and considerably expanded in 2017.

We cook products as varied as appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, sauces and bases for dishes. Today we have more than 250 references in our catalog, plus all the developments that we make to measure for our customers

Exquisitarium has implemented the HACCP system and works hand in hand with MARTA QUINTANA from Lleida (RIM 2005, S.L.). It has been certified ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System) by Bureau Veritas, since July 2016..

NUESTRA HISTORIA

Exquisitarium was founded in March 2005 by a renowned chef with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, the Manel Regada, and from the hand of a young entrepreneur with training and experience in the business world, the Sònia Plana.

Its mission is since then to be a reference company in the HORECA sector, both in the design and in the elaboration and supply of high quality culinary products. Providing enough diversity of solutions so that the professionals of the sector can consider it an extension of their own kitchens.

Exquisitarium has recently received aid for participatory local development (Leader) within the framework of the rural development program of Catalonia between the period 2014-2020. This aid has been granted for the improvement of facilities and the creation of show-cooking.

Exquisitarium S. L has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the competitiveness of SMEs and thanks to which it has launched an International Digital Marketing Plan with the aim of improving its online positioning in foreign markets during 2018. To achieve this, has had the support of the XPANDE DIGITAL program of the LLeida Chamber of Commerce.
