No need to defrost: STEAM OVEN: at 100ºC for 15 min. approx. MICROWAVE: pierce the bag and, at maximum power (750 W) for 6 min. approx. Bain Marie: Immerse in hot water for 15 to 20 min. Always shake the bag to homogenize the sauce inside.
Cut the vegetables into small portions, blanch and grill them and reserve them to finish the dish.
We prepare our tapa with a portion of oxtail with chocolate and red wine and accompany it with some vegetables and red fruits that provide a delicate contrast.
A very nutritious dish with an interesting combination of flavors.
