Tender beef cheek confit cooked at a low temperature, deboned and shaped into a rectangle. We recommend serving it golden brown on the outside so that it harmoniously contrasts with the inside. They’re available in individual 170 g portions with ref. 27002, but also available in a 2.5 kg tray with ref. 27008.
