Description
Triangular pastries with a savory fried egg and chistorra sausage filling and a little bit of cheese to give them a creamy and unique touch. At 60 g, it is a perfect tapa.
Do not defrost FRYER: Fry in a generous amount of hot oil (180 °C). OVEN: Bake at 180–200 °C for 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 65 °C.
