Our Musaka recipe combines classic ingredients from the Balkan Islands and the Middle East with a béchamel sauce to give it a little something extra that’s unique and exquisite. The ground beef and eggplant used to prepare it are of the highest quality. The servings are packaged individually in 300 g containers (code 18602), but it can also be served in a 2.5 kg pan (code 18609).
Cod. 18602: MICROWAVE: It is not necessary to defrost it first. Poke holes into the top of the package at different points and heat it up directly in the microwave at 800 W for 6 or 7 minutes.
