MICROONDAS: Do not defrost. Perforate the upper part of the packaging in several locations and heat directly in the microwave for 6–7 min at maximum power (800 W). OVEN: place on a tray on the middle rack at (200°C/400°F) for 15 minutes. It can be finished off by cooking au gratin.
