Description
Eggplant stuffed with minced meat and tomato salsa with sautéed onions, a traditional and perfect recipe. Finished off with a thin and delicious layer of cheese. Ready to cook au gratin. They’re available in individual 240 g portions with ref. 18592, but also available in a 1 kg tray with ref. 18599.

OVEN
MICROONDAS: Do not defrost. Perforate the upper part of the packaging in several locations and heat directly in the microwave for 6–7 min at maximum power (800 W). OVEN: place on a tray on the middle rack at (200°C/400°F) for 15 minutes. It can be finished off by cooking au gratin.
