Description
We combined the sweetness of the traditional French macarons with Torta del Casar cheese, a cheese from Extremadura that’s characterized by its rich and powerful flavor. The crunchy outside contrasts with the creamy filling.
DEFROST
Thaw outside of its container (separate from the wafers) for 15 minutes before serving. Thawing it too much can make the macaron soggy.
