A contrast of flavors and textures based on traditional French macarons. The outer layer is spongy and sweet while the creamy foie gras filling gives it a savory finish.


Thaw outside of its container (separate from the wafers) for 15 minutes before serving. Thawing it too much can make the macaron soggy
