Description
Squid croquette in its ink filled with aioli, with pieces of squid. Perfect to serve as a tapa, side dish or appetiser. As a tip, if you don’t have a deep fryer, a good solution is to use a saucepan with enough preheated oil to cover the croquettes. This way you avoid damaging them by not having to turn them over. It is advisable to let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Fry directly from frozen in plenty of clean oil heated to 180ºC. Bear in mind that if you fry too many croquettes in too little oil, the oil will cool down and the result will not be optimal. Also, between frying batches, allow the oil to return to 180ºC before frying again. It is advisable to leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
