We carefully desalinated the codfish cocochas and coated them in breadcrumbs. This helped us achieve an irresistible combination: a crunchy exterior and jelly-like filling. They’re in a different and innovative shape so that you can enjoy the cocochas.

Without thawing, fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC/350ºF) until golden brown.
