Classically fried Padrón peppers that go well with meat dishes, sausage, and fried eggs. They can also be served as a tapa or appetizer and come already fried, which is why they’re so easy to regenerate. They just have to be heated up.
Heat them up in a microwave until the middle has reached 75°C/165.2°F. We recommend sprinkling them with sea salt before serving.
