Mushroom and foie gras croquette. With an original and elegant shape that is also shared with the sobrassada and honey croquette. One of our most distinct croquettes with a perfect combination of flavors. Perfect to serve as a tapa, side dish, or appetizer or for events. If you do not have a fryer, a good alternative is to use a sauce pan with enough previously heated oil to cover the croquettes, thus preventing damage from flipping. Let sit a few minutes before serving.

FRYER PAN

Fry from frozen, in a generous amount of pure, very hot oil at (180°C/350°F)  Keep in mind that if you fry a lot of croquettes in a small amount of oil, the oil will cool off and the result will not be ideal. Let it reheat to (180°C/350°F) between croquettes so that they fry properly. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
