Delicious Funghi rice. One of the traditional dishes of Italian cuisine with a combination of mushrooms. Our recipe, apart from being excellent, is balanced. It can be prepared in just a few minutes, maintaining all of the distinct features of a recently prepared dish.
MICROONDAS
Do not defrost. Perforate the upper part of the packaging in several locations. Heat in the microwave at maximum power (800 W) until the bottom is very hot, approx. 5–6 minutes. Let sit a few minutes. Remove the dish before serving. You may add a bit of Parmesan or cream to make it creamier.
