Description
We carefully selected the best black pudding sausages and wrapped them in mashed potatoes. We then gave them a round shape and breaded them to get that crunchy outer coating.
FRYER PAN
Without thawing, fry in lots of hot oil (180ºC/350ºF) until the middle reaches 65ºC/150ºF.
