Irresistible codfish with a traditional and flavorful pil-pil sauce. We’ve managed to create a pil-pil sauce that maintains all of its qualities after being frozen and then heated up again.
Without thawing, poke holes in the top of the container at different points. Put it in the microwave on high (800 W) for 5-6 minutes, until the bottom is very hot. You might need to stir the sauce a little before serving if it has separated.
