Exquisitarium is currently located in Oliana (Lleida), at our own facilities inaugurated in January 2008 and notably expanded in 2017.
We cook a wide array of dishes including appetisers, starters, mains, desserts, sauces and garnishes. Today, our catalogue features more than 250 references, plus those we develop specially for our clients.
Exquisitarium has a HACCP system in place and works with MARTA QUINTANA of Lleida (RIM 2005, S.L.). We are ISO 22000:2005 certified (Food safety management systems) by Bureau Veritas, and have been since July 2016.
As part of our challenge to be on the cutting edge of products and quality, we are in the process of implementing IFS (International Food Standards).
Exquisitarium was created in March 2005 by Manel Regada, a renowned chef with extensive experience in the restaurant sector, and Sònia Plana a young entrepreneur with solid business training and experience.
Our mission, ever since, has been to become the benchmark company in the Horeca sector in the design, confection and provision of top-quality culinary pre-prepared dishes. Offering a wide enough variety of solutions so that professionals from the sector can consider us an extension of their own kitchens.
Exquisitarium has recently been awarded a grant for participative local development (Leader) from the Catalonia Rural Development Programme 2014-2020. This grant is to improve our facilities and create a show-cooking space.
