MICROWAVE: Without defrosting the product, pierce the packaging and microwave for 8 minutes at 800W, or defrost the product at refrigeration temperature, pierce the packaging, and microwave for 5 minutes at 800W. WATER BATH: Defrost the product in the refrigerator. Place the bag in a water bath and, once boiling, leave for 20 minutes. Ensure the center of the product reaches 74ºC.
