MICROWAVE: without defrosting the product, pierce the packaging and microwave for 8 minutes at 800W or defrost the product at refrigeration temperature, pierce the packaging and microwave for 5 minutes at 800W. BAIN-MARIE: defrost the product in the refrigerator. Place the bag in a bain-marie and once it boils, leave for 20 minutes. Ensure that the centre of the product reaches 74ºC.
