Slow-cooked at low temperature to achieve incredibly tender meat, accompanied by a lemon and spice dressing that brings out its most authentic and natural flavor.
Without removing from the bag, heat in a WATER BATH for 15 minutes if frozen and 10 minutes if thawed, or in the MICROWAVE at maximum power (800W) for 10 minutes if frozen and 5 minutes if thawed. Then separate the coquelet from the juices and place it in the oven, on the grill or in a frying pan until golden, at least 10 minutes at 190 ºC. If you wish to use the juices, reduce them in a pan and glaze the meat before serving.
