Traditionally made spicy chorizo mini croquettes with a crunchy exterior. The béchamel sauce and small pieces of chorizo inside give them a rich texture and extraordinary flavor. They’re perfect to serve as a tapa, side, or appetizer.

FRYER PAN

Fry from frozen, in a generous amount of pure, very hot oil at (180°C/350°F)  Keep in mind that if you fry a lot of croquettes in a small amount of oil, the oil will cool off and the result will not be ideal. Let it reheat to (180°C/350°F) between croquettes so that they fry properly. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
