FRYER: Fry directly from frozen, using plenty of clean, very hot oil at 180ºC for 5-6 minutes, the center of the product must reach 74ºC. Keep in mind that if you fry too many pancakes with little oil, the oil will cool and the result will not be optimal. If you fry too many at once, they may stick together. Remember to let the temperature return to 180ºC between frying each time to ensure they fry properly. It is advisable to let them stand for 2 minutes before serving. CONVECTION OVEN (without moisture): Without defrosting, brush the pancakes with oil and place them on a Teflon tray, bake for 12 minutes at 190ºC.
