Preparation | Fry directly from frozen for 1.5 minutes, with plenty of clean, very hot oil at 180 ºC. Keep in mind that if you fry a lot of potatoes with little oil, the oil will cool and the result will not be optimal. Also, between frying and frying, it must be allowed to recover to 180ºC to fry correctly again. It is advisable to let it rest for 3 minutes before serving. |
