Exquisitarium is currently located in Oliana (Leida), in its own facilities inaugurated in January 2008 and considerably expanded in 2017.

We cook such varied products as appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, sauces and main dishes. Today we have more than 160 references in our catalog, plus all the developments we make to measure for our clients.

FSSC 22000

Exquisitarium has implemented the HACCP system. Has the ISO 22000:2018 certificate, (Food Safety Management System) by Bureau Veritas, since July 2016. additional FSSC 22000 requirements (Version 6), ISO/TS 22002-1:2009

Gluten-free certificate

In the following link you can download the license certificate of the products of our brand EXQUISITARIUM S.L that are certified under the European Licensing System (ELS or Barred Spike Registered Trademark) in accordance with the AOECS Standard For Gluten Free Foods, and therefore has the bar of the Society of European Celiac Associations (AOECS) bar allowed, accompanied by the license numbers indicated below and granted by the Federation of Celiac Associations of Spain (FACE).

Implementation of local development strategies

Exquisitarium has recently received aid for participatory local development (Leader) within the framework of the rural development programme of Catalonia between the period 2014-2020. This aid has been granted for the improvement of the facilities and the creation of show-cooking.

Aid for: Better facilities for agri-food companies and creation of a showcooking room.

Exquisitarium S. L has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund which aims to improve the competitiveness of SMEs and thanks to which it has launched an International Digital Marketing Plan with the aim of improving its online positioning in foreign markets during 2018. Exquisitarium, S.L. has been a beneficiary of the Fund European Regional Development Programme which aims to improve the competitiveness of SMEs and thanks to which it has launched an Internationalisation Plan with the aim of improving its competitive positioning abroad during 2018. For this reason it has had the support of the XPANDE Programme of the Chamber of Commerce.
