Exquisitarium is currently located in Oliana (Leida), in its own facilities inaugurated in January 2008 and considerably expanded in 2017.
We cook such varied products as appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, sauces and main dishes. Today we have more than 160 references in our catalog, plus all the developments we make to measure for our clients.
ISO 22000:2018
Exquisitarium has implemented the HACCP system. Has the ISO 22000:2018 certificate, (Food Safety Management System) by Bureau Veritas, since July 2016. additional FSSC 22000 requirements (Version 6), ISO/TS 22002-1:2009
Gluten-free certificate
In the following link you can download the license certificate of the products of our brand EXQUISITARIUM S.L that are certified under the European Licensing System (ELS or Barred Spike Registered Trademark) in accordance with the AOECS Standard For Gluten Free Foods, and therefore has the bar of the Society of European Celiac Associations (AOECS) bar allowed, accompanied by the license numbers indicated below and granted by the Federation of Celiac Associations of Spain (FACE).

Implementació d’estratègies de desenvolupament local
Exquisitarium ha rebut recentment una ajuda destinada al desenvolupament local participatiu (Leader) en el marc del programa de desenvolupament rural de Catalunya entre el període 2014-2020. Aquesta ajuda ha estat atorgada per a la millora de les instal·lacions i la creació del show-cooking. Ajut per: Millors instal·lacions empresa agroalimentària i creació sala showcooking.
