Delicious four-cheese rice. One of the traditional Italian dishes in which a variety of cheese combinations can be used. Our recipe, in addition to being excellent and balanced, combines the selection of the best cheeses, resulting in a balanced flavor. It can be prepared in just a few minutes, maintaining all of the distinct features of a recently prepared dish.
Do not defrost. Perforate the upper part of the packaging in several locations. Heat in the microwave at maximum power (800 W) until the bottom is very hot, approx. 5–6 minutes. Let sit a few minutes. Remove the dish before serving. You may add a bit of Parmesan or cream to make it creamier.
