Fry in olive oil at 180 \u00baC until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 65\u00baC. Dry on absorbent paper.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>For the salad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrot<\/li>\n<li>Turnip<\/li>\n<li>Broccoli<\/li>\n<li>Spring onion<\/li>\n<li>Pomegranate<\/li>\n<li>Oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cut the carrot, turnip, broccoli and spring onions into fine brunoise, saut\u00e9 in oil for about 2 minutes and let cool. The result should be crispy.<\/p>\n<p>Once cooled, dress with a little more olive oil, salt and add the pomegranate.
