Chorizo ​​croquette made following the traditional recipe.

Squid croquette in its ink, with pieces of squid. Perfect to serve as a tapa, side dish or appetizer. As a tip, if you don’t have a fryer, a good solution is to use a saucepan with enough previously heated oil to cover the croquettes. This way you avoid damaging them by not having to turn them. Before serving, it is advisable to let it rest for a few minutes.

FRYER PAN

Fry from frozen, in a generous amount of pure, very hot oil at (180°C/350°F)  Keep in mind that if you fry a lot of croquettes in a small amount of oil, the oil will cool off and the result will not be ideal. Let it reheat to (180°C/350°F) between croquettes so that they fry properly. Let’s rest for 2 minutes before serving.
