Posar a microones a m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia (800 W) durant 6 min. Fins que la base estigui ben calenta. Deixeu-ho reposar un parell de minuts sense obrir la safata. Remenar el producte abans de servir.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre realitzarem les galetes, posarem en una safata amb paper de forn uns munts de formatge parmes\u00e0 formant uns cercles de la mida desitjada. Preescalfem el forn a 200\u00ba, seguidament posem la safata i la deixem fins que fongui i comen\u00e7a a daurar.<\/p>\n<p>Fregim la ruca a la fregidora uns segons fins que estiguin cruixents.
