Por un lado, las cubriremos\u00a0 hasta la mitad con agua, las taparemos y dejaremos cocer unos 8 minutos o hasta que evapore toda el agua.<\/p>\n<p>Escurrir la remolacha a tiras en conserva, y la caramelizaremos en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>Preparamos el plato con un lecho de remolacha.
